I began my career in customer-facing roles, and I firmly believe this is what makes me a great marketer; this experience gives me an understanding of the consumer and how to connect, delivering service, campaigns, and activations across my career.

I was seconded to work on the launch of the new Picturehouse website. Following the launch, I was promoted to a permanent position at Picturehouse Head Office, where the website became one of the key projects I managed. My responsibilities included managing and updating website and blog content, as well as overseeing website campaigns.

Picturehouse is a network of cinemas in the UK, known for several notable achievements, including the release of "Picturehouse Recommends," Britain's biggest film magazine, and hosting the world's biggest all-nighter.

The Picturehouse consumer largely depends on the varied content and events that take place. Each cinema targets different key audiences, and even then each film, event, product and service will change who the target audience is.
